Kew Green Preparatory School is often described as ‘a hidden gem’ as it is housed in an attractive four storey building, surrounded by mature trees and nestled in a peaceful corner of Kew Green. Next to the school is The Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew, which we use regularly and if you take a stroll behind the school’s playground, there is a charming towpath by the River Thames which many of our children use to walk to school.

At the front of the school is Kew Green, a beautiful green space which provides the setting for the majority of PE and Games lessons, including the use of St Anne’s Church which hosts many of our concerts. Our onsite facilities include bespoke classrooms for subjects such as art, design and technology, music, IT and science. We have purpose-built music pods for one-to-one music lessons. Our large playground affords us the space for a large wooden climbing frame as well as a table tennis table alongside other activities which are enjoyed by all year groups throughout the school.
