Staff

At Kew Green Preparatory School, our exceptional staff are at the heart of everything we do. Dedicated, experienced and passionate about education, they inspire children to develop a love of learning, build confidence and achieve their full potential.

Our team brings together a wealth of expertise across academic subjects, sport, music, the arts and pastoral care, creating a rich and engaging educational experience for every child. From specialist teachers and learning support professionals to teaching assistants and support staff, each member of our community plays an important role in nurturing and guiding our pupils throughout their school journey.

What truly sets Kew Green apart is the strength of the relationships within our community. Our staff take the time to know every child as an individual, celebrating their strengths, supporting their challenges and encouraging them to grow in confidence and character. Equally important are the close partnerships we build with parents, working together to ensure every child feels known, valued and supported.

The result is a warm, ambitious and inclusive environment where children thrive academically, socially and emotionally. We are proud of the talented team who make Kew Green Preparatory School such a special place to learn, grow and belong.
