Fees must be paid in full on or before the first day of term. Interest may be charged on any fees outstanding. The school reserves the right to exclude any child for whom fees have not been paid.

Lunch, full day care, club and instrumental tuition fees are payable on or before the first day of term. No refunds are made for absence, for whatever reason.

Where parents wish to withdraw their child from the school, we require a whole, full term’s notice to be given. To do this, parents must notify us, in writing, by the last day of the term preceding the one at the end of which the child will leave. Failing this, parents are liable for one term's fee in lieu of notice.

Fees in Advance Scheme

The school operates a fees in advance scheme which allows you (or your family members) to make payment, by means of a lump sum, for all or part of your child’s tuition fees for their time at school. For clarity, it is only a contribution towards tuition fees and not lunches or supplemental fees.

The amount you deposit with the school is then used towards paying your child’s tuition fees as they fall due each term.  In return for paying your fees in advance, the school pays a commutation rate of 2.0% p.a. which approximates to a return on investment of 3.33% p.a. for 40% rate taxpayers.

It should be noted that the scheme does not fix future school fees, however the rate of return you receive will be guaranteed at the time the money is received and for the duration it is held by the school.

Please see below the document which gives more details of the scheme with a worked example.
