Registration and entry

Children join the school in our Reception Year once they have reached their fourth birthday. Parents wishing to register their child for a place can do so at any time from birth by completing the Registration Form and sending it with the registration fee of £80 to the Admissions Secretary. This fee is non-refundable and registration does not guarantee that a place will be offered.

12-18 months before they are due to start school registered children will be invited in with their parents for an informal meeting. Siblings of current pupils are given priority and thereafter children are seen according to their date of registration after birth, until all available places are filled.

On receipt of an offer letter parents have 7 days in which to accept a place. At this stage the deposit of £3000, a signed acceptance form and proof of identification are required. For pupils starting in September 2018 and onwards, half of one term’s fees (at the new academic year fee level) will be payable in advance on the first day of the preceding Summer Term. Both the deposit and half of one term’s fee are non-refundable on withdrawal of an accepted place before attendance at the school. The deposit will be returned to parents once the child leaves Year 6 subject to all outstanding fees being settled.

Occasionally places in other year groups throughout the school may become available. A registration form should be completed and when a place is available the family will be invited in for an informal meeting with the Head of Lower/Upper School.
