Meet the Team

Chantal Baard - Head and DSL

Miss Chantal has a Montessori Diploma and holds a Bachelor of Arts, Early Years’ Teaching and Learning Degree (Hons) from Kingston University. 

"I feel incredibly privileged to have been given this opportunity to work with your children at this important stage, helping to start build the foundations for their education. I can’t wait to get to know each of your children. They will be nurtured, feel happy and safe, and have fun whilst learning. I am passionate about the Early Years and constantly strive to provide the best possible learning environment for the children at Kew Green Nursery."

Katarzyna Sagan - Deputy Head and DDSL

Miss Kat holds a Master's Degree in Early Years Education from the University of Lodz in Poland, as well as Qualified Teachers Status (QTS). She has been teaching children between 3 and 5 years of age for the past seven years in a variety of early years settings in West and South West London. Miss Kat is very passionate about outdoor learning, Forest school and sustainability in the Early Years. She cannot wait to take children on Forest school adventures to our local park and teach them about saving planet Earth.

Stacey Donaldson - Nursery Practitioner

Miss Stacey holds a Bachelor of Arts and Education (Primary and Early Childhood) Degree and taught in the Children's House classroom (3-6 years) at a Montessori Preschool in Brisbane, Australia for 3 years. She moved to London in 2022 and is very excited to build relationships with all our children and families at Kew Green Nursery. She is passionate about supporting young children to be enthusiastic and resilient learners, fostering independence and has a love of sharing books and stories. 

Sasha Davies - Head of Kew Green Preparatory School
