Friends of KGPS

At Kew Green, our community flourishes when we come together. The Friends of KGPS embody the spirit of the school, helping to nurture its warm, inclusive atmosphere through a vibrant calendar of events such as the Big KGPS Picnic, Quiz Night and our much-loved Summer Fair. These joyful gatherings not only bring families closer but also raise vital funds for our chosen charities, Cosmic and The Upper Room.

Beyond the big events, we take pride in running meaningful initiatives like cake and book sales, the Harvest Festival, and the Christmas Gift Drive, inspiring pupils to give back to the wider community. We warmly invite all parents to get involved—by volunteering, sharing ideas, or simply joining the fun. Every effort, big or small, helps our Kew Green family grow stronger together.

Cosmic

• Cosmic supports children and babies in intensive care, as well as their families, at St Mary’s & Queen Charlotte’s Hospital.
• Donations help fund vital equipment, research and family support, helping make a difficult time a little easier for families.

The Upper Room

• We support The Upper Room, a local charity providing meals, employment support, and rehabilitation for individuals facing homelessness, poverty, or social isolation.
• Through this partnership, we raise awareness and encourage our students to help build a stronger, more inclusive community.
